Applications:
Fully automatic wood board gluing, laminating and pressing production line, density board, particle board and foam board veneer production line, high-gloss board equipment. The home is a veneer equipment that uses PUR hot-melt glue to cover and laminate. It uses high-gloss acrylic, fireproof board and PVC board to laminate various MDF boards, particle boards, foam materials and honeycomb door core boards. This flat automatic laminating and veneer machine has the functions of automatic gluing, baking glue, veneer, cold pressing, hot pressing and cutting continuous operations. It has a high degree of automation and good veneer effect. The surface of the finished product is wrinkle-free and bubble-free, and no other equipment is needed to pressurize it. It is a veneer gypsum board and decorative material company board decorative veneer film equipment. Wood grain paper stickers are used to laminate PVC film, flower paper, corrugated paper, aluminum foil and other decorative materials on flat boards. The machine consists of a rotating feed conveyor rack, a dust sweeper, a single-sided glue coating machine, an intermediate conveyor rack, a single-sided veneer machine and a discharge conveyor rack. It is composed of three cold pressings and two hot pressing leveling. It is a decorative veneer equipment for various flat board materials.
